i recorded this a few weeks back while holidaying in taiwan with my good friends bird and jean, but was procrastinating putting it up and only got prodded to upload this when a subscriber randomly asked for it at another chinese vid. was pleasantly nice to know that someone thinks of this song and likes it too.
such a nice melody this.

i usually write the chords down once and dont really archive them so i've put them inside the video itself so i wont have to dig for them later on! a really simple and universally used chord progression but hey, it works.

here are the lyrics - did you know the first verse is only 2 lines, then repeated backwards haha
this is really an awesome simple song.

and my travel uke is a bit banged up, sounds a bit twangy. haha i recently got a new one from ukulelemovement, do check out their channel and shop. and this was recorded using's jean's canon compact camera which has HD video (looks really much clearer, but much bigger to process too)

Seldom comment but this video is so heartwarming, 3 friends jamming on hol on a ukelele..and of all songs, this one. I could see my friends and I doing this kind of crazy stuff too..really enjoyed this, esp the first round with the props and hysterical outbursts..shoulda played on!
