GUYS, Guys: If you want *perfect* cut edges use a ceramic tile cutting circular wet-blade for all your acrylic needs.

and for rounded cuts - a Bearing-backed Bandsaw, about 10 teeth per inch

i cut mine like that it didnt take long at all. put a little more pressure and use a sharper blade.

i tried using a cutting saw like this that had small jagged teeth however u call it. It kept jamming all the time and was difficult to do. i tried using a cutting blade(xacto knife) but i guess it wasnt that sharp. coujldnt complete it and it cracked in some areas. luckily it was a 11x14 sheet and it went beyond the areas that i wanted to cover.
