With Gilgamesh dead and the Corrupted Grail Destroyed, Archer proceeds to disappear, but Rin runs to him and wants him to stay and offers to make a new contract with him. But Archer tells her that his job is done and tells her that he no longer has any regrets and is happy for the choices that he has made. After a poignant conversation with Rin, Archer smiles as he disappears.

This boy won't be stopped by himself. always raising his sword for what he believes in. Even if he knows he can't win. Even if there is no meaning in it. Even if he is not strong enough. He laughs it off.
That ideal was beautiful. That heart was faked, but what it believed in was beautiful.
Archer lowers his blade.
"EMIYA" was cursed...
But I wasn't wrong.

hmmm . . . well this is my 1'st time watching this and knowing that there's a game . . well actually i've only watched the tv series . . . may i ask a question for the one who posted this ? is there any english version of this game or what it may be ?

Thanks for the advice, maybe I'll check it out. I guess I'm just one of those types, even knowing Archer's backstory, I had him and Rin paired up in my mind from the get-go so I was sad to see this ending.

But anyway, play fate/hollow ataraxia if you want more of Archer. He has some interesting side stories of his own there too.
