One phenomenal foundation in the city of Philadelphia is trying to save lives by giving "life-time" changing opportunities to inner city kids by letting them explore the great sport of Hockey. Their foundation slogan "Building Lives and Uniting Communities" is something many families are in dire need of. This foundation is literally having Philadelphia Inner City youth trade "Shoot-Outs" for "Shut-Outs."
