I mostly use Yoshi on the Mach Bike as well, but I never really thought about the existence of tiers in a Mario "sports" game, haha. Makes sense though.

lmao, how unlucky. You have a mushroom in first when a blue shell comes along. Your thinking "oh, awesome, i can dodge this with my mushroom *evil laughter*. Then lightning strikes before the blue shell hits, and you loose the muscroom.

What saved me was that Yoshi had enough weight class to not have fallen off course considering how mediocre his stats are, tier wise.
