  • The narration was well done and the music was beautiful! I needed to recognize this song for a music test, and I think, no, know this is the clearest sound from a video of this song I've found so far! This is a great production of Britten's work :)

  • This is a superb rendition of an excellent piece of music.

  • bravo

  • Narration great, music great. The trouble is it's a static shot; doesn't zoom in on each instrument and the novice won't see what they look like.

  • Rachel! Thanks for putting this on youtube. Can't believe I haven't seen it on here yet. I can't remember where I was sitting for this concert...

    Hope life is going well for you. We should catch up next time we're both back in town.

  • Good God, is that a female conductor? And in Tenn?? I wonder how China is gonna run our country?

  • i think there are only two negative points:

    first: the viewer can't see all the instruments because of the fixed perspective of the camera (not very important, but it helps to

    and second: the intonation of the instruments is often not very good.

    but the rest is great!!!!!!

    the narration helps the listener to understand the diffrent meanings of the music.

    good work of the conductor! :)

    --> great video ;)

  • Bassoons are by FAR not the largest woodwind instrument nor does is have the darkest or deepest sound silly narrator lol but great piece of music

  • The one who disliked this must get a life!!

  • awesome song
