  • this is fantastic!

Although you're callin scuffles something which they aren't...

  • @stephxdancer Glad you like it. As you may know tap terminology varies greatly from tapper to tapper. While scuffles may be more popularly known as paddles I do know many tappers who use the term.

  • Thank you very much.

  • Hey Rod, I was browsing through your dictionary and wondering if you could show a break down of a pendulum wing? Not sure if you call them something different, but from what I understand it's a forward brush followed by a wing on one foot, then the same again with a backward brush. Gene Kelly and Donald O'Connor did them in "FIt as a Fiddle and ready for love" from signing in the rain. They do a wings on one foot with a toe tap, then a pile of these pendulums. I'd love your help with them!

  • @lucylourocksyoursock I'll try to keep this in mind when I re-film my dictionary, but sadly, it probably be a while until that happens.

  • that was really good! however i need to make a small correction. in the very beginning when you are saying "scuffle toe flap heel" it should really be "scuffle toe SLAP heel" because you are not shifting your weight to the other foot. if it was a flap the heel would go on the right foot instead of the left. it's a really minor thing that is easy to confuse but if you mix them up you could end up on the wrong foot.

  • hello! video is good)
