Yes you read it right, not two but THREE! you may have scene all the people getting two Arbiters on the Covenant, but I'll show you how to get three.

It's not a mod dude, I was on the same mission, only at the part where you activate the bridge then you kill the prophet. Then I see an arbiter pop up. I'm like ok then I see another one come running up and I'm like wtf?

I saw the 2arbys glitch I performed it but idk how I did it. It was just random

i did the 2 arbys glitch and we went to kill the prophet and the arby with an arroww over its head stiad back at the door and the new one was invincible

i think you have to destroy the green phantoms to get an arbiter
