S.T.A.L.K.E.R Shadow of Chernobyl weird anomaly

Wandering around in one of my.. 5th or 6th playthroughs (of this awesome game) I came across in the Army Warehouses this anomaly wich freaked me out since I haven't seen it in all my other playthroughs!
It can't be a controller , the screen goes red not blue...
It can't be a poltergeist , that effect is only added in Call of Pripyat...
I have really no idea what this is , but it isn't deadly because there are mercs alive on the other side... quite strange.
