@bubslipknot101 Good to hear! Im glad it came in handy. I wish I would have seen this before as i never even thought about using adhesive to put the fiber strips on to keep from sliding around. I will be using that on every fiberglass project i do from now on.

What is the URL for the files?

@MrXXxZeBra42 Apparently the link that I have is broken. The website is currently undergoing some sort of legal battle right now, but I am looking as we speak. As soon as I find it I'll reply back and let you know.

hey i was thinking of using these steps to make the new bane mask to dark knight rises would you recommend that i use these steps both mas look very similar

@kingMadnus Well, if you can find the Pepakura file then I don't see a problem at all with using this method. Although, I would suggest going with phyloQQ's idea and only fiberglass the backside of the mask to insure a smoother looking face; but do make sure to resin the entire project before hand though.

This is definitely awesome! I am in the process of finishing up my mask! I would suggest to not put the fiberglass cloth on the outside of the mask but put it only on the inside. This would let you make the front more smooth and its alot easier to sand and work with by just using the bondo. And still just as strong.
