The financial crisis in 2008 was hardly Bush's fault, government policy since 1977 had pressured banks into giving bad loans and artificially drove up demand and prices.

LIke my colleagues, we are holding off business expansion on recommendation of our lawyers and accountants because we have no means to budget & all the new regulations are so vague, even lawyers can't decipher them; we'd have to take a chance by expandg & then see if anything happens, then it's up to a group or maybe even 1 person to decide the interpretation
