wow this is important , my daughter doesn't go enough , her stomache bloats up to wear she looks 3 to 4 mouths pregnant ,she is in pain almost evryday , doctors for years have told her they can't find nothing wrong and came up with a slugglish colon

Sistah, I feel ur pain! I am the exact same way and so was my father, so the docs have told me that it is hereditary! I am a healthy eater and am still constipated all the time! I just placed my order with Shakeology and I CANNOT WAIT to get it on Thursday! I had a sample of the chocolate and it is FAB!!! I used to announce my movements to my hubby and we would celebrate.
