Thank Goodness for JK Rowling. Without her books i'd be a muggle.

That's really sad. Poor Rowling. But I am glad she got so many kids reading again. Great books. She has so much talent. She knew the readers would grow with the story so she made the story grow as well. Such a smart woman.

@AliciaFlegz I'm so glad that Jo has given you such a wonderful childhood! I think it is great to have role models like Jo, people we can aspire to be like, despite adversity.

@CartoonLover69121 That would be great! I actually made a vlog in which I went into detail about the premise and theme. It actually started as a comic. If you wanna hear about it you can go to my channel. The video is "Jay Vlog #8"

@CartoonLover69121 I plan to try, mostly at the encouragement from my mother and my best friend. I finished the manuscript shortly after Christmas. It's part of a trilogy, and parts two and three are almost done. I'll talk to a publisher and see what happens.

Don't despair JK. I'm sure your mother's encouragement was sincere. She's still with you today, looking down from Heaven. No doubt she'd be as proud as a parent could be. I myself have also taken a liking to writing over the past year or so, and I'm now planning out my own novel which I hope will eventually become a series as well. We are looking at a brilliant woman, and one of the most talented writers of a generation responsible for one of the most acclaimed book series in history
I gave my mom the incomplete manuscript of my first novel for Christmas. I wanted to have it finished, but I didn't get it done in time. She loved it anyway. Ms. Rowling, you're the one who taught my generation that the dead never leave us. I think your mother knows about Harry, and about what you've done for so many children the world over...and I have a feeling that she's incredibly proud of you.

@MashaSobaka That's so sweet! It's great that you were able to share your hard work and a nearly finished product with your mum. What a lovely gift! I'd love to get a freshly written novel for Christmas! :D Anyway, I agree with this comment whole heartedly.
