Upon listening to this video, I was reminded of my childhood.
Pokemon wasn't just a game.
It introduced me to the challenges in life, and how we must stand up to them.
It introduced me to friendship, and how good friends will never leave your side.
It introduced me to persistence, and how you must keep on trying to achieve your goals.
It introduced me to fun, which I still love every second of my life.
Now, I want to work making Pokemon games.
Thank you, Nintendo. You have changed my life.

Why do I cry when I hear this? Is it because Emerald was my first game?

Everyone always talks about how you could never beat the originals, Red, Blue, Yellow, but that was a bit before my time, and Sapphire was the first encounter I had of Pokemon, and I'll always have a soft spot for this tune~ <3

Ruby was the first pokemon game I ever played... I love this theme! I remember thinking really hard which one to pick cos they all looked awesome! *sigh* i want to go back to playing this with friends, instead of worrying about work and study...

Damn.. this song shocked some old memories of me playing in my secret hideout and playing with the note tiles. I love emerald and will forever be the best in my book.

I always liked the intensity of fighting the elite four and champion and then coming back to this peaceful song after it all. Brings back many memories :'D

This makes me cry, i was in littleroot at the start, but i never returned until i'd completed the game...and upon hearing it, i was reminded of the gym battles, team magma and aqua...the people i'd met, and the many pokemon trained caught and raised, and those lost forever...
The good times...
It may have been a game...but it was an Experience...
