Conclave of Wind (in Throne of the Four Winds)

There are 3 bosses, each with their own platform. There must be people on every platform at all times or they will cast a debuff on the entire zone. All 3 need to die at the same time. They start with zero energy when you pull and then gain energy (each at the same rate). At full energy they each cast something different.

Anshal (West) - 4.12M health - Melee Tank
Withering Winds - Shadow Damage & -100% Healing - Zone wide when no one is on his platform (http://cata.wowhead.com/spell=85576)
Soothing Breeze - On ground around random target - heals boss, silences and pacifies players (http://cata.wowhead.com/spell=86206)
Nurture - Summons adds - Ravenous Creeper - Melee damage & Toxic Spores - Nature damage every second for 5 seconds, up to 25 stacks (http://cata.wowhead.com/spell=85422, http://cata.wowhead.com/spell=86281)
At full energy - Zephyr - Heals and increases damage done by boss (& adds if any are up) (http://cata.wowhead.com/spell=93118)

Rohash (East) - 4.12M health - Ranged Tank
Deafening Winds - Nature Damage & Silence - Zone wide when no one is on his platform (http://cata.wowhead.com/spell=85573)
Slicing Gale - Nature Damage & Stacking +5% Nature Taken (http://cata.wowhead.com/spell=93058)
Hurricane - Vortex, if caught Nature DoT & launched into air (falling damage) (http://cata.wowhead.com/spell=84643)
At full energy - ??

Nezir (North) - 7.21M health - Melee Tank
Chilling Winds - Frost Damage & -500% Haste - Zone wide when no one is on his platform (http://cata.wowhead.com/spell=93149)
Wind Chill - Frost Damage & +10% Frost taken stacking debuff (http://cata.wowhead.com/spell=93125)
Puts frost patches on the ground
Permafrost - AE Cone Frost damage (http://cata.wowhead.com/spell=93127)
At full energy - Sleet Storm - 15s Frost DoT, split between whole platform (http://cata.wowhead.com/spell=84644)

We had a few attempts with quick wipes to figure out that they all needed to be engaged together. We spent one attempt to discover that they needed to die at roughly the same time. After that, it was probably 3-4 tries to get everything coordinated properly. It wasn't terribly difficult, but it does require a lot of good communication.

You guys did it really weird. What we did was had one Mage and me a hunter on the air dude rohash I think his name is. Then the rest of the set up like yours but the only time we all switched was at the beginning of the ultimate and the end of it. But hey you guys downed it nonetheless so grats.

When you say they need to die at the same time...What's the window of opportunity there?

In the video it LOOKED like you killed one, jumped to the next and downed him, then finished the last. So I'm assuming there's a time period after one goes down when you can go finish the others?

I would like to know how many wipes you had before you actually downed them. I don't want to think it was to easy.

Could someone tell me, what the Addon for the nameplates is called, which shows you what adds are aggro on you (in green) and which ones do not (in red)?
