Here is what the inside of my Helix looks like. I somehow stripped the gears in it. To repair it, I cut off the stripped part of the gear, pushed it closer to the edge of the shaft and put it back together. Lo and behold, it works smoothly again. You may try this yourself too, if you have the same problem..
Thanks for watching

  • I appreciate your frustration with looking for the proper helicopter for you.

I say "Learn on a VW and if you never crash it, then get the Porsche and read my 9 heli flying tips, if you got em".

Those Trex's, Belt CPs, Blade 400s HBKings or other 3d helis are definitely not a beginners helis.

Get something that you can learn on like an MCX or Hunter.. In the long run, you will save more time and money.

Any 4 ch Heli is good for learning like coaxials, Blade MCX, Blade Cx2, Hunter etc.

  • hi great vids

    2 questions,

    1) i broke the stabiliser on above the main blades on my tine 2 chanel helicopter, and was wonderin what the best way of connecting the broken half on was.

    2) im gettin a bit tired of 2 chanel and want to get one that goes forward/backward, and if its not a great step in price, one that tilts left / right... is there a particular heli u cud recomend me? im 16 so im not rich, so i want one that i wont get bored of or disappointed by and need another upgrade... ty
