It is an exaggeration to claim that the foreign comments are representative of the majority of consumers outside of Canada's borders.
Foreign opinions should not override that of the Canadians and undue influence on policy by foreign lobby groups is unacceptable.

The goal of 500,000 should be nothing if this claim I keep hearing that the majority of Canadians are against the seal hunt were true. The reality is, you should have over 17 million signatures but half a million is your goal. Hmmm just doesn't add up! I guess that's because the people in general just do not care about this issue or Senator Harb's bill would have passed with flying colours.

Yes God Bless Him and all those people like yourself XB70 Playboy who have been advocates for the seals that are being needlessly slaughtered. Over 200,000 voices are going to be heard now.
