wow awesome!!! thumbs up know how much it takes to loose weight. i went from 210 to 115 now at 120 and holding i can see the change in you already. and it is always a boost to see you have lost weight. but i had set backs as well so dont let that get you down. just know you will reach your goal. have subscribed and added to my favs... your awesome
