@mortimus665 yes moritimus , it's ai ki do , ki is a magnetic force , we try in aikido to masetrize every move and technique , we masterize every foot-step in every technique . We don't use musceles , i still have a problem in aikido , i use my musceles by instinct when demonstrating a technique . My master start shouting "do not use musceles , relaaaaaaax , your musceles are nothing " so it'a aikido , we use the opponent energy , his power and his strength .... to make him loose his balance .
