'Unarmed' composed and performed by Joseph Strider

A week before i was asked to play at the Annual Peace Fair in Cranford NJ, I felt the need to write a song about peace! The song "Come Together" kept going through my head. I've loved that song since i was a child. I wanted to write a song that was similar, yet totally different. This was the result.
I will die striving to feel and to live in peace.
I know that only i can achieve true peace within myself.
As i was performing this song at the fair, there was a man screaming at us, wishing very bad things upon us, for wanting to live in peace. Peace was obviously the last thing that he was interested in. After all, War and Death are very very profitable! For all i know, he runs a Funeral Home!
