It's been a while, but couldn't it have been possible to re-enter the final sewer in world 3 so as to give everyone full health before completing world 3? Because I know pizzas respawn when you leave and re-enter buildings and sewers. Or is a reason of more bad enemy placement that makes that a "no"?
