Once the Tediz go into hiding get ready to fight. After you take a few steps in the tedizs will come out of hiding and attack. Kill them all and the gate will open allowing you to get deeper into the base. Put the guns away and press Z to crawl under the lazer system. Make your way through the hall while avoiding the Tediz hiding through it. Once out of the elevator continue throught the halls while avoind the tediz and torch imps to end up in the casualty department.
