@Benzino2013 an i will keep the mesh tighter and lock it into a certain place, 1's let the mesh move a little

what is the difference between doing an i verses a 1? I know what they are and how to do it, but i dont know what they would do to a pocket or certain area of a stick

@freshflyneverhigh i get your point and it totally helps me because im a middie but mundorf is an attack thats why he doesn't need a killer shot its just catch and dump or a little shot

I just strung the best lacrosse stick ive ever held thanks to this.. My recommendation is that you string your pocket higher than him because he likes a medium pocket. high pockets have a quicker release. plus for shootings strings he uses two V's and two nylons i thinkk... Do one V and two nylons for smooth passes and deadly shots. I took a risk cuz this is my first time stringing and i decided to string my new superpower 10 attached to my swizzbeat superlight shaft... it worked lik a charm!
