1:40 was 1 hell of a mindgame by the zangief player.
Jumping without doing a attack -> land -> Ultimate, forcing the oponnent to shield = dead lol.

@Peetizzle When Ryu throws 50-60 fireballs in a round against Zangief its considered "strategy"
If Zangief does more than 5 lariats in a round he's a "noob" or a "spammer" lol.
No such thing as a well placed spam lariat, Maho is a high level player and he times his moves.

Maho is a very good high level Gief player but he does suck really bad sometimes.

@Peetizzle rog can't c.roundhouse lariat, he get hit the moment he does, it wasn't spam scrub, that is one of the best stuff zangief can pull versus tall characters with no good upercuts (abel, balrog, gouken. rufus) he got aojiru trying to c.rh many times with lariat, there is no such thing as spam, they are pros that was the best stuff he could pull to win, and that is why lariat is getting fixed on ssf4 btw, each time he used it was a OK attempt to bait aojiru into attacking low...

@crapzors lol so exactly as I said, lariatspam. Lol @ "well placed" so u think just mashing the button is showing skill? Ryu can shoryuken out of a lot of situations too but it doesn't mean that shoryukenspamnoobs are at the same level as decent ryuplayers that try to improve
