You can find fresh goat milk fudge and fresh goat cheese at the Fossil Creek Creamery in Strawberry, Ariz. Llamas guard a herd of dairy goats. Visitors learn how the goat milk products are made; then they play with the goats, help with milking, feed them and assist with farm work.
