Select Archery does some speed testing of the 2010 Ben Pearson Legend compound bow. Speed was 28.5" draw, 72#, 423 grain arrow - 289 and 291 fps. That's with a Sterner Duttera Claw Peep sight that weighed in at 12 grains and a speed loop. This simulates my hunting setup, so the speeds are what a hunter could actually expect with a heavy arrow.

  • hi i just bought a pearson renagade from ebay 70lbs at 30" its well used havent recieved it yet it was cheap,i only use traditional longbows ,any idea what they are like,its black with hunter arrows ???,by the way nice shooting

  • I shoot Z-34 with R2b2, at 65# and 30" draw...arrows are 440grain....What speed should i get...280-290?
