My advise is just stop drinking that shit. Diet is worst because it has aspartame which is bad for your brain & your eyes!! I don't drink any Coke or Pepsi. Never!! I will drink once in a while like maybe once a month a Sprite!! I drink alot of water but be sure your water doesn't contain Fluoride which cause cancer of the bones, etc....

@DesertRose0829 yea, stopping completely is going to be one of my new years resolutions, everyone is telling me to stop even me i hate this garbage. but good point about the floride, a lot of people tend to overlook that fact, thanks you for the comment, :)

this is how I switched to water...first I switched to ice tea in a bottle. this satisfied my addiction to the sugar and having to have a bottle of a cold drink in my hand all the time and eliminated the carbonated drink addiction...then I switched to natural lemonade and kept my self happy with having a cold bottle and some thing that had a taste but no 20 spoons of sugar like how coke did...after sometime, add a cut of lime to water and before you know it you are off the addiction.
