Acoustic Samurai is a solo album by Paul Gilbert, formerly of the heavy metal band Racer X and the hard rock band Mr. Big. It was recorded live in Tokyo's Hard Rock Cafe and released in 2003.

Yesterday evening I was high at my friend's home...he put this on and i was like "damn man, guitarist must be an alien" and he goes like " he's singing too"...i got mindfucked multiple times...then he told me he was gilbert and everything made sense
