  • What if you don't have a dehydrator, how could you make these cookies then? Great recipe.

  • @beautymariely you could by keeping the oven on the lowest setting and keeping the door ajar...but people have reported limited success doing this(some say it works,some say it doesn't and others say it does, but doesn't taste as good. Consider an investment in at least an inexpensive dehydrator(one is on my site) as there are so many things you can make with it.

  • Sorry Mimi, I meant coconut butter and coconut oil!

  • @clarita198 I believe Coconut Butter has much of the oil removed so it doesn't become liquid. It's used to make the consistency necessary for cookies.

  • Mimi, I see that sometimes you combine coconut oil with coconut in some of your recipes. Could you tell me what's the difference between the two?

  • @clarita198 Coconut is the white "meat" of the coconut and coconut oil is an oil made from coconuts...you buy coconut oil separately.
