@chris42999 unfortunately chris has blocked me from being able to help him after i deleted the same spam post on my video. i will help him regardless.
i ran into this problem also and have been debugging these little scooters over the past year or two. have you tried cleaning your exhaust? your engine may be suffocating on the exhaust fumes. try running a wire brush through it, try a new exhaust or simply try running it without the exhaust for a while! let me know if this helps.
