i love all the stupid/worthless stuff going on in this class. the weights while riding (wow, so good for you), the push-ups (so effective), and the dancing (dopey) instructor.......well done everyone.

That is why they should change the name to stupid cycle. They can't call is 'SPINNING" because they don't own the license with good reason.
Instructors who are unable to be "creative" by staying true to their certification, would do pushups, no hands stand and hand weights to build up their class participants. They don't REALLY care. THE HIGHER THE COUNT = MORE CASH IN THEIR POCKET.
