This performance I'v seen in December 1990 during a visit of the Shaolin Si Wushu Guan. Even the guy was at the birthplace of Shaolin Wushu, his Chen Style was quite good.

@orihx3 I don't know, but I've never seen such a good Chen Styler before and after him at Shaolin.

Yes, a lot of Xin Jia Yi Lu. But also some moves of the 56 and Xin Jia Er Lu in the last section of the form.

Yes, for most demonstration, mixed forms like this one are used. Imagine: the 83 forms is longer than 10 minutes, too long for a demo.
I really enjoy that fa jing on the hammer, any more recommended vids?
