Hello,
Today I am going to be walking you through how to Hackintosh the Intel Core i5-2500K W/ a Gigabyte GA-H67m-D2-B3 motherboard. In this video I will be getting the Ethernet, Audio, Graphics(HD3000) and Mac App Store all working. Once all that is done and if it is done correctly you will have a very fast and amazingly solid machine. It never errors and has no immediate problems. I hope this helps some people out! It took forever to actually finish... I re-shoot it about 6 times.

Go to "kakewalk.se/download/" to download the Bootloader/Installer to go straight to Lion

Enjoy!

If you have any questions, please, feel free to message me!

Thank you,
chargerfun34

  • Great video, thanks a bunch! Do you have any idea if a gtx 285 will work off the bat, or will there be some finagling I'll have to do? I plan on using kakewalk for lion, i5-2500K and compatible gigabyte mobo.

  • @illlillilliliil Thanks! I appreciate the kind words. Actually with Kakewalk and the GTX285 the GPU will work like a 5770 works in a Mac Pro. Even the Lion installer will load at full-res just like a Mac. It's completely compatible! Pretty awesome, huh!

  • Hi, thanks for your guide. Is really easy and simple following what you did. Thumbs up to you and hope to see your next video on kakewalking. Big thanks to you.

  • @Samyap9491 Thank you! Glad I could help!

  • @vjkrel did you remember to repair permissions?

  • Still waiting for root device:

I used 10.7.2 distro with 4.1.1 Kakewalk, exactly same config except i3 2125 and SSD Corsair Force3 60GB.

At the begining everything installs perfectly, but: having "Still waiting for root device" on reboot after installing Chimera to activate HD 3000!!!

Was trying with included and latest versions of Chameleon and Chimera - no luck...

    What to do?

  • Thank you for the veido it was good and easy but how I fixed my wireless and were I get the all kext chemenal

  • Great video, really helpful! I was wondering tho, saying that there is full video acceleration, are you able to run YouTube videos, as well as HD content?

    Thanks in advance!

  • @chargerfun34 That's what I like to hear! Thanks :)
