do u think its gona be ok with this mobo and cpu and gpu geforce 9800gtx+ 512 ddr3 for rage and skyrim requieremnts or i need to buy a new graphic card too?

You could perhaps get a newer graphics card, this one is allready pretty old now, and you can get better ones for a small price. Also, do you mean 512MB of DDR3 ram? I didn't know there were such small modules then.. I'd get more than that. Get something like 4GB of ram at least.

@CCReviews no i mean the gpu memory i got 2 gb ddr2 now but im gona take 8gb of ram with the new setup

A new Graphics card you can always get. All you need to do is buy, install in your pc and install the drivers. So you could just use your old one for a while, see how you like it, and if you want something better, invest in a new one. :)

Nice! I'm also using it with a 2600k. It's very easy to overclock btw ;)
