@iL1ve4Christ the word "swear" in this verse is more of an oath, as in "I swear I will do such and such by such and such a date" it's like giving your word on something. It is usually an attempt to add more weight to an opinion or view.

Amazing how God regardless of color or place of origin we all come together ... Listening to great music and all in unity giving GOD our Savior Glory!!
