Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
One block (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
French bread
Muenster, Swiss or Provolone cheese
Mix the cream cheese, parsley and garlic powder. Schmeer it all over your garlic bread. Cover with your choice of cheese. Bake for 10 minutes. Eat.

@yoyomax12 We love this too! I can't wait for Ang to get her appetizer cookbook ready. Several people have told me that I need to make a cookbook.. Ain't gonna lie, I have been thinking about it for about 10 years now. The problem is it takes TIME and lots of editing to make sure you have all the ingredients in there plus all of the correct ingredients. Now sure I will ever have the time to do it? I sent away once about 10 years ago for a kit.. now you can do it totally online but it has a

@yoyomax12 time limit (or it did a while ago) of 3-4 months to get it all typed and ready for printing. I could not commit to that. I wonder if I could pay someone to do it. Hmmmmm Like my unemployed nephew.

I make a white pizza that is very much like this, cream cheese mixed with parmesan, garlic and red pepper flakes. I add sun dried or roasted tomatoes, (minced onion sometimes) and provolone or mozz cheese. I make my own thin pizza crust and now friends request everytime they come to my house. Bianca Pizza is the actual name which means white. I have never had munster but after seeing that bubbly goo its on the grocery list. lol
