  • I don't know why this reminds me of Saw movies

  • Great job.

  • holy kick ass

  • best song of the album. one of the few that actually sounds better with orchestra.

  • this was awsome!

  • Lovecraftian debates always make me smile. Good work!

  • @xXFranzensteinXx While Nyarlathotep is indeed mentioned in this beast of a song(Crawling Chaos underground) , Cthulhu is still a great deal apart of it as well. for starters Nyarlathotep is not a Great Old One, unlike Cthulhu. so with that knowledge what other Great Old One do you know that dwells under the ocean in a "forbidden site"(r'lyeh)? oh and yeah the "Not dead" parts also kinda a giveaway.

  • @CthulusaurusRex Actually you're all incorrect. This song is referencing Nyathorlatep, a Great Old One in the Cthulhu mythos. He is referred to as the "Crawling Chaos", the "Hunter of the Shadows", and most importantly "The Thing that Should Not be". He is an ink like entity, that roams beneath the ruins of Egypt, in a deep slumber. Unlike the other Great Old Ones, he wasn't trapped to a certain realm, and was free to roam the Earth for his own evil needs.... So... I WIN!

  • @CthulusaurusRex i know about cthulu in this song, i mean yea he touched a few kids, but c'mon he's an old one!

  • @agravatedgorilla How does it reference Cthulu? What else comes to mind when you think of a Great Old One that lives in sunken ruins beneath the sea and is summoned by a cult? Also, come on, "Not dead which eternal lie, Stranger eons death may die"? If any uncertainty exists about the subject of this song, that line clears it up. As to how it incorrectly references the aliens from War of the Worlds, well, see video.
