W.R. Grace agreed Tuesday to pay out $250 million for costs associated with asbestos contamination in Libby, Montana in the largest Superfund settlement in history. KXLY4's Erik Loney reports.
The problem is that the same vermiculite is in millions of homes in North America and worldwide. As those homes and businesses age and deteriorate, the Libby vermiculite is allowed to enter the living space of the building. I've seen it happen twice, and it will continue to kill. And maim and kill.
