You show how to increase & decrease, but I have a pattern where the number of shells stays the same each row for about 15 rows, then the decrease starts. Any chance you would know how to do this?

great job -I recently looked up this stitch on Youtube but didn't find any videos...Glad you uploaded this. I think this stitch is great. I have been working on a baby blanket with this stitch for a about a month.. Seems to be going well, but there are obviously things i didn't fully understand until your video. My next afghan with this stitch will look much better with your help.

@hgeimer Glad to help! As I said at some point, it's almost too easy, and I had a few problems figuring out some instructions until I tried a few swatches myself.
