  • Wheatgrass does not cleanse and oxygenates the blood. Your lungs oxygenate your blood and your liver cleans it. This video is so full of bullsh!t only the gullible and incredibly stupid would believe it. It balances our PH huh? Nonsense your body maintains its own PH levels and doesn't need wheatgrass to do it.

  • That's because of the amino acids found in the roots of wheatgrass. Amino acids build muscles and gives energy! It's a great after work-out drink.

  • wheatgrass is great for workouts. always adds a little natural high.

  • i should really take my wheatgrass more often.
