This year's harvest didn't bring the satisfaction it usually does for Allegan, Michigan, corn farmers Jon and Jay Drozd. A combination of hot, dry weather and falling corn prices brought a disappointing end to a year which promised record corn prices in the wake of the ethanol boom.

  • do you know if the same combine that harvested corn can then be used to harvest wheat or soybeans with out making any changes besides putting a grain head on? if you don't know thats ok

  • Here in mn we had good but moldy corn and low test wight and ok soybeans wasent able to finish because of snow

  • I have a farm in mn we have corn and soybeans good corn wasent able to finish snow beat us but we got 230 bushels/corn but moldy anyway good video

  • Here it is December and we are still picking! 55 inches of rainfall didnt help much but we are still pulling in 260bpa in muddy fields.

  • small corn we have 9 10 feet tall

  • North over the hill, We have the horse padock right next too the front field, the larger one is to the east of us past the tree line and over the creek, I think it's 150 acers or so.

  • so..the campbell fields by aggregate? pivots on them?

  • Right next door to us... N46th past the gravel pits..

  • do u live over by our fields where?
