@reeceyfezza From a bodybuilding perspective, I agree with you. It may be a reasonable technique for powerlifting but he's doing too many reps, I think. Don't know what he's trying to achieve in any case.

@007SeraphicRadiance It's pointless lifting 90kg if you have to put your whole body into it to even move it.
-
no thanks... ...i just don't hate my rc that much to do this to it...
-
shut up if you have ever lifted weights you should know how much 2 yellow and one green eleiko plates weight! 2x15 plus 1x10 is 40 kg x2 is 80 kg and the bar is 10 kg and al this makes 90 kilos! I have the same plates in my gym and is all legit

IT WOULD HELP TO SHOW THE PLATES ONE BY ONE WITH A CLOSE UP,WHEN U SET UP THE BAR.NO ONE WOULD THINK THEY ARE FAKE WEIGHTS.IT S DIFFICULT TO TELL NOW.IF IT S 90 KG,U R AS STRONG AS KEVIN LEVRONE.

Smart move with the belt when you have to put EVERTHING into it ;)
-
thats not even tht bad.... considering the weight,
-
well done. fuck the haters whit all negative comment its just pure jealousy for not being that strong
-
i still have doubts its 90kg :/
-
steroids! yeah, i was the first one!
In fairness, if the weight is 90kg as it says, then proper form may be out of the question simply due to the sheer mass that he's lifting. He clearly has to put his whole body into the lift and it's his whole body that has to react to the weight as it's lowered. If I could even do this once then I'd be a happy guy.
