Mainly because there is a clip of me clapping after the song, and that camera could have only been there at the manchester apollo gig. It defo was not on me at the london gig !

I believe I read somewhere that Sir Paul McCartney gave each of his children a copy of Pet Sounds when they reached a certain age because he feels that you "can't be musically educated without hearing it." I hope this is true. Either way, I will be sure to pass on the legacy of this entire album to my children someday.

@pmoyer50 Not disagreeing that Brian was most of what the Beach Boys was, but I also don't want to trivialize Carl's roll. He was a great lead singer and I'm thankful that because they are brothers, Brian sounds extremely similar, so when he sings songs that Carl originally sang vocals on, it's not easy to tell it's someone different. Unlike when Jason Scheff sings Peter Cetera vocals.

@at90percent : Brian is and was the Beach Boys. Almost all of the vocals on Pet Sounds were Brian's. Carl did sing the lead on God Only Knows, though.
