@flofanatic1 How are the whites that took over the Native Americans land considered "illegal" ? Most were considered legal.Not condoning the atrocites commited to the native Americans back then, but they had no more legal right to the land than anyone else. The native Americans that got "bullied" out by the whites in the 1800's were previous bullies themselves. There were constant wars among themselves over land grabs,moving into others territories,and thier own practice of manifest destiny.

This bill being passed makes me sad to be an American. To make racial profiling legal is beyond abominable. This law right here is a precursor to even more right wing radical Fascist progaganda. Take back America they say. Take back America from whom? The Native Americans that the white illegal immigrants bullied off their own land centuries ago. So how can you take back something that never belonged to you to begin with? Only in the minds of the racist right wing radicals.

@Dragonfly6160 Do you want the Border Patrol to investigate local crimes like rapes, murders, burglaries, car jackings, kidnappings, etc.? That's because that's not their job, they take care of investigating immigration issues. That's their job and that's what they are trained for!

Local police handle local crimes and are not supposed to worry about immigration issues, they are NOT trained for this task and it will take time away from them to deal with a possible immigration violation.
