@Nick3429 In the 90's almost everybody was doing playback, and when you come to see madonna you dont care if she sings for real, you just want to watch a real show, and if its just to hear her breathing I dont want to hear her real voice, personnaly.

Can anyone be allowed to have their own opinion without having 10-100 people beat it down? I like Madonna and I like Gaga. Both know what to do to keep themselves relevant. Side by side comparison, depends on when you were born. Who do I like more? Neil Diamond. Now, please stop sending replies trying to get me to like one more than the other. Yeesh!!!!

Madonna and Lady Gaga aren't even worth comparing. Gaga is a newer generation and Madonna is an older one! It's almost like comparing The Beatles to Green Day, both rock bands but two generations. Madonna and Gaga are both pop artists but are also two generations. I'm 15 and I adore both Madonna and Lady Gaga.

I agree with fourthgirl! When the MTV music awards first aired everyone tuned in just to see the Madonna performance. She forced others to up their game. Yes, the popularity of artists come and go and perhaps now its Gaga's turn. But here we are 20 years later still talking about a Madonna performance. :)
