The T-Rex is a fixed (glued in) functional appliance that expands your upper arch and moves your molars towards the back of your mouth. It is attached to your upper back teeth by metal bands and to your pre-molars (side teeth) by glue that is tooth colored. The T-Rex is an active appliance that is activated by turning a key.
