@superking...Unfortunately, India is plagued (like other countries) with the widespread corruption, waste, apathy towards it's poorest of the poor and delusional indifference that will always keep a large segment of the population downtrodden. India likes to compare itself to China. China is still a poor country despite a large manufacturing base, $2.6 trillion in foreign currency and over 1,000 tons of gold reserves. There is no comparison let alone with the US, Britain, France and others.

@JaniceParton...My post was not meant to be hateful to India or it's people but when I visited the country in 2007, I found the level of misery appalling. Kids were literally hanging on my legs wanting handouts. I relented and tried to be charitable. Maybe parents have numerous children. regardless of their ability to properly support them, because they feel that if they survive to adulthood, more workers can contribute to the household. A real heartbreaking video.

How many children per couple is the norm? One suggestion, do something other than riding your woman and popping out one baby after another. It'd disgusting to see all these 3rd world ppl surrounded by hordes of children, all starving. What's wrong with you adults?! Dad? Find a hobby, and stay away from your woman!
