@legendofjd3 i almsot got 205 last week using this set up.....today im feeling weak but still managed 180 after a full workout. i can show you the vid if you'd like. 180 is a lot different than the 245 or so bolton is doing though. im not really much into grip
@JeddJohnson No disrespect meant Jedd. You ARE the world record holder. It's just that Andy seems to be using 2 plates and not an official Euro set-up. The plates are around 68mm wide. His set up just seems a bit harder.
Block with width 4cm I hold with end of fingers.To this block is attached weight 66kg.I press on this block with end of my fingers.Test after 3 hours training of fingers .I was very tired.Normally,when i am rested, i bring up 80 kg with one hand.I train pinch grip from 4 months.I also train with block which width is 7 cm.
Progress......5 kg weekly.Also i can hang on one hand holding a door jamb with pinch grip.Pressing on door jamb with end of fingers.
