A while back we reviewed the Monsoon Multimedia Hava Platinum HD. It's a place-shifting, time-shifting, content-streaming device that allows your to turn your computer into a PVR/DVR.

At CES, Monsoon Multimedia introduced a few new innovations, including a iPhone client, an iTunes plugin, and a social networking feature that lets you share you content with family, friends and the world.
