Ah i'd been looking for the original version :) because I remembered the ending with the flashing indicator light.

This should be a ad for people driveing in the wroung lanes

The first Think TV PIF was in 2000, under the theme: SIGNS. Signalising that the "Safety on the move" campaign that has been with the nation during the nineties, was finished

God, I hate this. But it is true what someone said on here, the ones you can't get out of your head have hit the mark. I hate Christmas now, because this advert is always shown!

I have to say my top 5 favourite PIFs are:
1. old electric blankets can kill
2. wasted in ibiza
3. this one
4. young couple smashed against a wall by a reckless driver
5. tie between the DIY show parody (the lady with the scottish accent) and "real children don't bounce back"
I don't remember the Fire Kills campaign, but I guess I'll have to watch it.
This is definitely one of my favorite PIF's of all time. If you can't get them out of your head then they've hit the mark. It's like the 'Fire Kills', where the kids can't get out and the lady is trapped by locked door. Ok that's enough, have to sleep now.

I have actually got a copy of that one; do you want me to upload it?

I've got in on my favorites from Applemask, another of my PIF-loving heroes. Many thanks, though.
PS. We all know the spineless American AdCouncil would never produce any good spots like this. But there is some great regional work out there. See the 'Montana Meth Project' on YouTube (and my favorites). There are some good Canadian ones as well.

I love Applemask! (But not in that way.)
The Montana Meth Project ads are good, I like the one with the drug-crazed psycho trying to break into his parents' house ...
